• Payment confirmation from Stripe (we do not store your full card number)
• Driver location data during an active trip, for live tracking
• Communications you send us through the Contact/Complaint form

2. How We Use It

• To calculate fares, schedule drivers, and fulfill your reservation
• To send trip confirmations and updates by email or SMS
• To connect you with your driver by phone through our masked-calling system
• To respond to complaints or support requests
• To improve our service and pricing accuracy over time

3. Who We Share It With

We share only what's necessary with the service providers that power our platform: Stripe (payment processing), Twilio (SMS and call connection), and Google Maps (routing and address lookup). We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. Data Retention

We retain reservation and account records for as long as needed for business, accounting, and legal purposes, and delete data on request where we're not required to keep it.

5. Your Rights

6. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards (encrypted payment processing, access-controlled admin systems) to protect your information, but no system is completely secure, and we encourage you to contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
