You may cancel a confirmed reservation free of charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time. Cancellations made within 24 hours of pickup are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the trip's total price.
If a driver arrives at the pickup location at the scheduled time and the passenger cannot be reached or does not appear within 15 minutes, the trip will be marked a no-show and charged at 100% of the total price.
Changes to pickup time, location, or passenger count may affect your fare. Requests made more than 4 hours before pickup will be re-quoted at no extra fee; requests made within 4 hours are subject to availability and may incur the cancellation fee above if we cannot accommodate the change.
In the rare case we must cancel a confirmed trip (e.g. vehicle issue, no driver available), you will be notified as early as possible and receive a full refund. We will make reasonable efforts to arrange an alternative.
In severe weather, we may adjust pickup times for safety. We'll contact you directly if this affects your trip.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe and typically appear within 5-10 business days.
